Order Processing

All of our products are individually handmade and made to order. Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays and shipping times) after receiving your order confirmation. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the preparation of large orders or during busy periods and sales.

If you place your order during our business closure periods, such as Christmas or other holiday breaks, your order will be processed after the reopening date announced on our website and social media. During the reopening period, please allow extra time for us to process your order as we may have many outstanding orders to fulfill.

Domestic Shipping Rates (Australia):

Standard: Freight starts at $17.99.

Estimated Shipping Timeframe

Your order will be shipped from Toowoomba Qld via Australia Post. Please note that the following estimated shipping timing is a general guide only, as a high volume of orders, postal service problems, extreme weather events and customs procedures may cause delivery delays, which are out of our control. Therefore, we can not guarantee that your parcels can be delivered within this timeframe or by a specific date. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Standard Shipping

For metro areas, standard shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days in NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD, 2-6 business days in SA, 4-5 business days in WA.

For rural, remote and other areas, QLD deliveries take 3-4 business days, NSW 3-5 business days, VIC 4-8 business days, SA 4-10 business days, WA 5-10 business days and NT 4-13 business days.

These shipping times are a guideline only.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Tracking details will be emailed to you upon dispatch (please check your junk mail if you can't find it). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Ensure that your shipping address is correct. If the parcel is uncollected, refused at the address, or returned to the sender, new postage will be applied to resend.

If you have any problems with your delivery or if you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will always work with you to address any issues.
